We Build
We have built a wide range of custom designed wood projects. All of the projects use urban harvested and reclaimed materials. We source and produce our own slabs and lumber. We also will use reclaimed material like wood from a barn or hardwood floor. We may be able to assist in the process of reclaiming the wood if needed.
Texas Native Wood Furniture Species
We offer several types of wood. We WILL NOT cut down or harvest a tree just because it is exotic and more valuable. In the DFW Metroplex some of the most common trees being removed are:
- Post Oak(White Oak)
- Pecan
- Hackberry
- Ash
- Cedar Elm
- American Elm
- Cedar
- Red Oak
- Yellow Pine
- Walnut
We sometimes have small quantities of rarer species such as:
- Hickory
- Mesquite
- Bois D’ Arc
- Dogwood
- Honey Locust

Our Process
1. Request a quote
2. Proposal Approval
3. Deposit & Design
Upon approval we collect a deposit. Design services, CAD drawings, or 3D models before moving forward with a project are available upon request. Design fees start at $100 for 1 design w/ 2 edits. Design is $55/hr after initial fee.
4. Periodic updates
We will provide a timeline for the project. Photographic updates will be standard. Communication and collaboration can be done via e-mail, text or in person at the shop.
